1. Service Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service or inspection.
- Late cancellations may result in a partial or full charge, depending on service type and preparation costs.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if:
- A prepaid service could not be provided due to our team’s unavailability.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain fees, such as consultation charges, administrative fees, or third-party payments, are non-refundable.
